I was thinking of having a rogue with natural attacks and sneak attack with them. But I don't want to spend the LA

Off the top of my head? Warforged fit the bill. I'm sure that there are plenty more.

I'd greatly recommend the Kenku, then.

But I might be biased, given who's the author of this thread on that topic.

There is an article, don't know where, on the D&D site where kobolds get natural weapons.

Also, if you play a Silverbrow Human (Dragon Magic), you can use the bonus feat to take Shape Soulmeld (Magic of Incarnum) and select Dragon Claws (Dragon Magic) as your meld. The only trouble is that the claws would fizzle in an antimagic field.

Nezumi and hengeyoukai from Oriental adventures have natural attacks (the hengeyoukai seem to get them only in their animal shapes, though - I thought they had them in hybrid shape as well), and the 3.5 OA conversion in Dragon 318 removes the racial LA for hengeyoukai.

There is at least one Anthropomorphic animal that has natural attacks (monkey is the one I recall), and there may be more. Got to love a monkey that uses grease a ton just for the jokes.

Kenku make awesome rogues.
And they get 2 claws.
Damage is crap, but still, you wanted nat weps on LA +0 for a rogue.
These guys are it, they get rogue as favoured, bonus dex, less str, have special abilities that favour being a rogue *mimic voices is le cool :)*

Are you talking about my link or natzero's link? In my link, it's the first entry under "variant kobold racial traits", like I said...

Off the top of my head:

Warforged (MM3)
Drafellen (Stormwrack)
Nezumi (Oriental Adventures)
Hengoaki (animal form only, Oriental Adventures)
Skaarj (Magic of Incarnum, I think I got the race name correct)

That's all I've seen for LA+0 races.

Improved Unarmed Strike lets you do this.

dragonborn anything for a breath weapon (or wings, or senses, but both can be bought through feats so breath weapon remains the best choice.)
The_Shaman

I think you can buy a breath weapon, it's one of the grafts in Races of the Dragon - it's actually pretty good, 6d8 every 1d4 rounds. Actually, the book also has grafts that give you a tail and a claw attack.

i remember CustServ saying that the natural attacks from the WE for kobolds arent a variant, they are overruling errata. everything else is optional though.

Improved Unarmed Strike lets you do this.

You have to be a Monk in order for your fists/knees/elbows/feet/forehead/body to be considered natural weapons. IUS by itself won't do it.

Dabble in Psionics, probably PsyWar. There are plenty of powers that grant and augment claws. So, to more properly answer your original question... Any race can have natural attacks.

the "variant" kobold is definitely the BEST rogue possibility.

im inclined to agree, since slight build not only gives them another +4 to their hide check, but they can count as tiny to occupy a medium sized creature's space and use the "confound the bigfolk" feats =D and thats just the tip of the Icingdeath-berg =D

The monks unarmed strike is considered a natural weapon only for the purpose of applying spells or effects that enhance either manufactured or natural weapons
Unarmed Strikes and Natural Weaponry

Before we move on, it's worth pointing out that a character making an unarmed attack, even with the Improved Unarmed Strike feat, does not have natural weapons. Nor is a natural weapon a substitute for the Improved Unarmed Strike feat. As we saw in Part One, unarmed strikes allow iterative attacks and natural weapons do not.

A feat that requires natural weaponry as a prerequisite, such as Multiattack, doesn't work with unarmed strikes. Likewise, having a natural weapon is not a substitute for the Improved Unarmed Strike feat. For example, you don't meet the Improved Unarmed Strike prerequisite for the Deflect Arrows feat if you just have a natural weapon.Monk Unarmed Strike Class Feature

The monk class offers a potent subcategory of unarmed attack. The class provides Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat, but the monk class offers some additional benefits for when fighting without weapons:

* A monk's unarmed strikes can be treated as either manufactured or natural weapons when applying spells or effects that enhance either manufactured or natural weapons. For example, either a magic weapon spell or a magic fang spell can enhance a monk's unarmed attacks.
