I only have 3.0 PHB, Monster Manual, and Complete Adventurer, also, I was wondering what the LA levels for Half-Dragon were. Please post any ideas. *edited

If you mean works best with as in what classes will it compliment, I would say warrior based classes. Looking at it, it has the ability of rogues (skills) down, and it can compete with a mage.
