Applying the half-elemental character template [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-27-07, 04:44 PM I've been unable to discern the applied level adjustment for creating a half-elemental character (Manual of the Planes). Can anyone point me at the intended ECL of that character template, or give an opinion on what it should be?
