| Warforged Goblin03-26-07, 07:37 AM | Sadly, it means that you have to buy the book because it's technically against WotC to post non-SRD material on the board. That, and I forget what all they get. So yeah; swimming humans, no feat. |
| obrysii03-26-07, 09:50 AM | It's really not much of a "brand-new race!" that they were advertising, I'm afraid. |

The human subtype does not mean they get the standard abilities of a human if those abilities are not listed for them (or specifically says as human except as noted). |
| DrowJedi03-27-07, 07:06 PM | Well i have the book. It just mentions in the description that they were a race of humans, that some god took a liking to or spared from some major catastrophe, and made into aventi. So i was just curious, if that still meant getting the human extra benifits. |

They only have the benefits listed for them, if it doesn't specifically mention a feat and a skill point or say they have all the benefits of a normal human then they do not |

Aventi aren't too bad a race in an aquatic setting, IMO. The aventi artwork is nice. |
| Azezel04-02-07, 04:15 PM | File this one under 'Nice Try'. I'd like to play an Aventi Druid in a surface campaign - act like I was Human, see if any of the other PC's or Players worked it out. |
