I intend in being the blaster (not usually my role but no one else to do it)
I want to do ultimate magus with wizard AND warmage
I need something boosting intel and Charisma with the fewest LA possible a 0 would be nice I could take a 1 and 2 might be hard

Honestly, the draconic template is nice. You add 2 to str, con, cha, get a 1 natural armour class, you are consider draconic for a lot of your sorc feats, and you can add this to a class that gets a bonus to int and a negative to str, though if you go human, you still get your bonus feat and skills. It's a LA of 1 and is a very nice template for what you get. I'm sure you could combine it with some elf sub race for the int bonus, if you really want it.

A lesser Assimar isn't a bad choice.

Bouns to Cha is good, no LA is better, and you are still VERY human looking, as opposed to many other options. In fact, unless someone was 'in the know' it would be ahrd to tell you were not just a very attractive human.

No Int bounes, but the bouns to Wis would allow you to put a smaller stat there and not suffer as bad, thus focusing more on Int.

Grey Elf is a good choice also... no bouns to Cha but you get it in Int and Dex... As a blaster, a Dex boost is good for AC and your ranged touch attacks. Also, Wizard is a Fav Class so you can advance it further after the PrC without Exp penalty.

I can't think of anything without LA that gets Int & Cha... and as a double caster, you defenitly want to stay AWAY from LA.

he best race for an Ultimate Magus is Illumian (from Races of Destiny). Getting a bonus to Cha or Int isn't as good as getting an extra spellcasting level in your primary casting class.

Honestly, it's a good choice, but there's other ways around the spell level cap. IE if he was to dip one level into spellthief and take master spellthief feat, any arcane caster class he has would stack(obviously it breaks when used with Ultimate Magus or Eldritch Theurge). There's other feats that he could take too for +4 to arcane caster levels without dipping into another class, and he'd want to take that regardless. It'd honestly be better to go human at that point and pick up a bonus feat.

Uh... no.

While Drow *DO* get a +2 to Int and Cha... it's at the cost of a +2LA. You wouldn't want that for a melee character... but for a caster, and worse yet, a DUBBLE caster, it's the kiss of death.

White Dragonspawn Dragonwroght Kobold. Hello broken!

Actually, Kobold will suffice for this purpose. Use the Desert Kobold variant from the SRD to avoid the Con penalty.

I remember reading that you can't do that since White dragonspawn requires a humanoid to template and a Dragonwroght Kobold counts as a dragon.

Also, your master dominating you at will is not nice. :)
