Omega_Grey 06-01-07, 12:48 AM	Yes the Strongheart Halfing does get a bonus feat at first level in exchange for the typical +1 on all saves, and I think that is the only real difference between them and typical (Lightfoot) Halflings. Also they are found in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. As for other races...not really sure, I'll give a quick look but I dont remember any off the top of my head.
