Hi,
I read about the Changeling from ECS and MMIII and verify that this race is a Shapechanger and that implies the race is allowed to get the Warshaper (CW) PrC, with this thinking I have some questions:

1) The Changeling only with the minor shape change (su) ability could change himself to get wings (not to fly) tail, horns, bite and claws(only on hands or if possible hands and feets)?Or only with the Warshaper PrC are possible to make that?

2)How could I calculate the hit chance to all this attacks (Horn[Headbutt],bite, claw, claw, wing, tail)? What feats that could help to get more attacks, the TWF ImpTWF and so on or the Rapidstrike, Imp.Rapidstrike or both (TWF tree to the claws and Rapidstrike tree to horn, bite, wings and tail)? Which one will get the pattern: horn(headbutt), bite, claw, claw, claw, claw, wing, wing, tail and how can I calculate this hit chance pattern?

3) How much damage is a tail, bite, horn(headbutt) and wing for a medium char?

4)What class should I get to get more damage for thoses attacks?? I think on Monk, but how can I calculate the Unarmed strikes with this char? And how about the multiples attacks?

5) If a monk receive a Divine Power magic how is the BAB of the Unarmed Strikes?

6)About the Sneak attack, if the enemy loses the Dex to AC somehow, I get all of my attacks as a Sneak attack?

7) How should I calculate the cost of a Necklace of Natural attack to all the above pattern and what enchancements and enchants should I get?

8)Which templates should I get to this char? I think about Mineral Warrior to get DR 8/adamantine, burrow speed, darkvision60ft +2Str +4Con -2Wis,Int and Cha, or I shouldn't get any templates?

9) Which PrC should I get before Warshaper? Kensai? Thayan Gladiator??

Thanks in advance!!!!

1) The Changeling 's ability is really only cosmetic. For any actual attacks you'd need Warshaper.

2) Natural attacks work differently from weapon attacks. You have one primary natural weapon (let's say a Bite) and the rest are secondary. Your primary attack (Bite) is at your BAB, but you do not get the extra attacks from having a high BAB. Instead, all your secondary natural attacks are at a -5 to hit and only get 1/2 Strength mod to damage.

For example, if you have a Bite, Claw, Claw, Gore attack sequence:
Primary: Bite (Highest BAB + Modifiers)
Secondary: Claw (Primary - 5)
Secondary: Claw #2 (Primary - 5)
Secondary: Gore (Primary - 5)

There aren't any feats to get you more natural attacks, as far as I know, but there are feats to reduce the penalties. Multiattack (MM) reduces the secondary penalty, and Improved Multiattack (Savage Species) gets rid of the penalty entirely. Any feat that grants you extra attacks with the weapons you've already got (PHB2 Slashing Fury comes to mind) works normally, but not Two-Weapon fighting.

3) You'll need to check in the MM for that one.

4) Monk unarmed damage applies only if you're unarmed. You can't apply the damage increase on the Monks unarmed attack to a natural weapon. That being said, you can take the Improved Natural Attack or Weapon Specialization feats for more damage, but Warshaper is the best for increasing it all.

5) A Monk with Divine Power has BAB = character level, plus the rest of the bonuses, as normal. So, a 20th lvl character would have a +20/+15/+10/+5 BAB sequence. If you've got the highest Flurry of Blows, you get a base +20/+20/+20/+15/+10/+5. But these only apply to unarmed strikes, not to natural weapon attacks.

6) Yes. Every attack you hit with gets Sneak Attack damage. Flanking anyone?

7) The Necklace of Natural Attack runs basically like enchanting a weapon, but you have to multiply the enchantments you get by the number of natural attacks you want to be enhanced. For example, a +1 shocking necklace of natural weapons that affects only one natural attack would cost 8,600 gp. If the same necklace affected four natural attacks, you just multiply that cost by four and get 34,400gp.

As for which enchantments you should get, with so many attacks Wounding seems pretty nifty.

8) A template would only delay your progress into Warshaper, but if you've got no other class to go into (I suggest against Monk) it's one way to eat up the extra levels.

9) You want a PrC before Warshaper?! :D
