| SolenVlos08-03-07, 05:48 PM | Hi my first doubt is: when someone takes the half-minotaur template (DR 313) , and increases in size, the LA remains +1 or becomes +2? because it seems to me that +12 to str (+4 from template, +8 from size growth) is too much for a +1 template. second: is there a way to turn template into classes? I remember I saw a "Lich class" but was wondering if there's a way to do that to all templates. thanks, |

It is a way for PCs (mostly) to gain a template slowly so they can follow the partys level. Here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20031212a) can the lich monster class be found. For eksemple a 11th level wizard wants the lich template. As he take the first level he will gain: Int +2, natural armor +2, lich skills +2, damaging touch 1d6+5, paralyzing touch (1d4 rounds), resistances (cold 5, electricity 5). But no HD, hp, bab, saves, feats or skills. |

IT doesn't get a +12 bonus to strength, just a +4 the bonus, size growth bonues don't apply to templates. Regardless, the template is still overpowered. second: is there a way to turn template into classes? I remember I saw a "Lich class" but was wondering if there's a way to do that to all templates. Yup, there is. |
