OK, I have a player who is wanting to play a character based off of a character in a game she recently started playing. She's using the Feykissed Template on a human, with the following modifications for this, and I'm wanting to know how balanced it is, or if it would have a higher LA or something else. Comments? Lose the Fascinate and Charm Monster Spell-Like abilities, as well as their DR Gaining +2 Dex, and a Fly speed.
