I would just use the D20 Future mutation rules to make most superheroes.

On any other world with a yellow sun, the kryptonion turns into a juggernaut of power after 15 years of absorbing solar energy. The kryptonion gets.... +15 strength, constitution, dexterity. -2 to wisdom and charisma, due to his unfammiliarity with the world's customs. The Kryptonion also gains a fly speed of 120 feet (perfect) and land speed of 60 feet. Also, at will, Cone of cold, eye-beams (5d6 fire damage) Batman Human Rouge 15/Vigilante 10 (NG) Actually, we need a superhero class... something that focuses on unarmed combat and special abilities (think geomancer PrC) a certain levels.....

That seems odd... Also, while I don't relish being a party pooper...most of these (not the Kryptonian, of course) aren't races, but class builds. Not that there's anything wrong with class builds, but it shouldn't be on the races forum. Now, I believe a lot of the heroes and villians would work better as classes and prestige classes, anyway.
