runestar 11-05-07, 05:52 AM	No. Powerful charge's bonus is based off your size, which powerful build does not directly modify. It is based off the same logic as powerful build not improving your unarmed strike damage.
bahamut920 11-05-07, 03:27 PM	Powerful Build states specifically "Whenever a goliath is subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check." Powerful Charge isn't an opposed check; it's extra damage dice, like sneak attack.
