Is there a human race that has just enough dragon blood to be considered a dragon but not enough to drastically change their appearance? Of perhaps a partial-dragon template? I'm trying to make a partial dragon character who can still pass off as human (so long as someone with draconic knowledge doesn't examine him to closely).

Silverbrow Humans (Dragon Magic) have the dragonblood subtype, and look like normal humans except they have a silver streak or silver highlights in their hair.

There is the draconic template. Your character will look human, but will have a few quirky features to show them as not being 100% human.

Its a pretty good template too, especially for paladins.

Half-Dragon works. Granted a tad more of you will be changed, but not all Half-Dragons have the long snouts and the abundance of Scales.

If not that, then what the two previous posters suggested, which are solid choices as well.

Uh... what book is the template found in?

I suggest also the Draconic template, more interesting than the Half-Dragon.

I was wondering this too, so I looked it up in the Monster Index (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/monsters&tablefilter=draconic) database (under the Tools tab on the left side of all pages).

It seems to be in both the Draconomican, and the Races of the Dragon.
