It is easy to confuse this, but reread the rules on the subtype very closely. The only creatures that qualify for Dragon Wings are Half-Dragons, and Kobolds with the Dragonwrought feat. The only way to have both is to become a Dragonborn while being a Dragonwrought Kobold. |

| zeritou01-19-08, 05:18 PM | by dragonborn i assume you mean the one in "races of the dragon" as for the 1st lvl only id like to quote a sidebar ("the mechanics of rebirth"), page 10: special: Ordinarily, only a 1st-level character can select certain feats requiring the dragonblood subtype (see chapter 6). However, upon becoming a dragonborn, you can select to replace one (and only one) of your existing feats with one of these feats. The feat to be replaced cannot be a prerequisite for any prestige class, ability, or other feat |
