Good question, I would say yes if you paid a level adjust for it from your base race.

01-26-08, 04:36 PM Since natural weapons are not listed as one of the things you keep, then the answer is no. All you keep are your LA, size, speed, movement modes, attribute adjustments, racial HD, languages, favored class, powerful build trait, type, and subtypes.

On the other hand, any being with useful traits based upon its type (aberration, fey, outsider, etc.) rather than its race would be a good candidate, as they apparently keep those abilities.
