both of these templates are rather nice so my question is.

could either of these templates be applied to a kobold?

since a kobold is humanoid(dragonblood, reptilian)

seems weird, can a template be added to something that already is somewhat similar.

i know the dragonic template says it cannot be applied to dragons but a kobold (with the exception of dragonwrought) isnt a dragon.

The Draconic template can be applied to a Kobold (and often is, in published adventures).

I don't know what the Lizard template you refer to is, but if it can be applied to Humanoids, it should be able to be applied to a Kobold.

mmm dragonic template on a earth kobold is crazy racial stats are
+0 str, +0 dex, +0 con, +0 wis, +0 int, +2 cha

weird heh, a kobold with no -str or con

or desert kobold
-2 str, +2 dex, +2 con, -2 wis, +0 int, +2 cha
along with no light sensitivity

arctic kobold
+0 str, +2 dex, +0 con, -2 wis, +0 int, +2 cha
nice sorc or bard

jungle kobold
-2 str, +2 dex, +2 con, +0 wis, -2 int, +2 cha
also good sorc / bard / cleric

The reptilian template is from Savage Species, not MMII. To my knowledge, it can indeed be applied to already (Reptilian) creatures and/orhumanoids.
