And second if any one new of anymore race like the elans or other lo la aberrations

08-18-07, 01:58 AM Hmmmm, as far as I know, Elans are the only Aberration race with a +0 LA. Of course, I don't know everything.

It won't tell you what the substitutions DO, but it's a list of where to find them and how useful the author thought they were.

- icecutting: pretty much as stone cutting, but counts both
- +1 attk rolls vs kobolds
- +2 appraise/craft things of ice
- +4 fort saves vs cold weather

- -2dex, +2 con
- heat endurance: +4 saves vs heat (weather)
- no stonecutting
- no attk bonus vs orcs/goblins
- +1 attk rolls vs reptilian humanoids
- +4 dodge AC vs dragons instead of giants
- +2 know(architecture/engineering, dungeoneering) and +2 prof(miner)
- no racial craft bonus)

- low-light vision
- no dark vision
- +2 heal, know(nature), surv
- +2 spot
- no stone cutting
- no bonus to craft (for metal/sone)
- favored class: ranger

- +2 str, +2 con, -2 dex, -2 cha
- improved stonecutting (+4 instead of +2)
- no +2 ST vs spells and spell like
- no +1 attk vs goblins and orcs
- +4 craft/appraise for stone things
- +1 attk vs creatures of air subtype
- -2 saves vs spells, spell like abilities, and supernatural abilities with air subtype or used by air subtype creatures.
- stability: +4 vs bull rush or tripped. stacks with normal dwarf ability (+8 ftw)

is there a list of Aberration race and there la anywhere like the celestials in the BOED?

also again thank you for the list do you know of a half infernal dwarf it was in a dragon magazine and i can`t remember the name for if the life of me thanks
