ECL, LA and hit die? need help [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-27-07, 01:48 PM OK so i read the rules on races with LA and i got totally lost. I know they except some sort of penalty for experience, but then i got confused when it was talking about no skill points no feats and adding hit die to experience and that kind of stuff. Can someone help me understand this?
