I have for some time had a fascination with the idea of using a Grimlock as a PC, which has just been triggered "again" by the art in the rescent adventure module on the main sight.

So here is the question....Is their any way to extend their blindsense through feats or class features (I hate relying on magic items, so would rather avoid that route) ????

I can't think of a single blingsight related feat, much less a blingsight related anything. Its always been a monster ability. Guess you'll have to make something.

There are Dragon feats/Heritage type feats, something like that in either Dragon Magic or Races of the Dragon that might grant or extend blindsight/blindsense, something like that, but you'd have to take SEVERAL feats to get to that. It starts with darkvision, I believe and increases as you take more feats in the same group. So, you'd have to be willing to give up however many feats it would take.
