If a creature acquires these two Subtypes, do they cancel each other's vulnerability out? Does the character become immune to both Cold and Fire?

they are both vulnerable and immune to fire and ice. a fire/ice attack deals +50% dmg. but since your immune it's auto 0. or you could do it the other way- your immune so you take 0 and 0+50% of 0 is still 0.

thats what my blazing/frozen bezerker has.

look at tetramental. it's an elemental with cold fire ice and lightning subtypes. it's immune to all.

so to answer your question.... your immune to both.

You're immune to both. 2*0 = 0 (even by 3.5's wonky multiplication rules).

Sounds steamy.
