| Lanoitakude07-29-07, 05:07 PM | Hello everyone, I'm a big fan of goblins and goblinoids, and I'm trying to compile all the different subraces. Goblin (SRD) Hobgoblin (SRD) Forestkith Goblin (MM3) Bukah (Sand) Frost Goblin (Frost) Any others that I am missing? |
| JLaurHughes07-29-07, 06:06 PM | Vril(Drow of the Underdark + Errata (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20070504a)) |
| AMGriffin07-29-07, 06:08 PM | The bugbear is a goblinoid. |

| Amurmur_In_The_Shadows07-29-07, 09:20 PM | The psionic Blues (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/monsters/blue.htm) |
| Vadin07-29-07, 10:03 PM | Every elemental variant can be applied to goblins, and every one can makes some pretty cool goblins. |
| Warforged Goblin07-30-07, 06:38 AM | Similarly to what Vadin said, the fiendish, celestial (Monster Manual), axiomatic, anarchic, entropic, and vivacious (Planar Handbook) templates can be added to goblinoids native to those realms. Also, it's not a "Frost" goblin in Frostburn, it's a "Snow" goblin. There are also Dekanter Goblins in Monsters of Faerun and Races of Faerun, and Varags in Monster Manual IV. |
| Morka07-30-07, 07:48 AM | There is the Varag from Monster Manual IV, some kind of wolf-like goblinoid specialised in hit-and-run tactics. http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mm4_gallery/98729.jpg |
| Wolf7207-30-07, 12:56 PM | • Xvart, small humanoid [goblinoid] • Bakemono, small humanoid [goblinoid], (savage goblin) • Blue, small humanoid [goblinoid, psionic] • Bugbear, medium humanoid [goblinoid] • Hobgoblin, medium humanoid [goblinoid] • Half-hobgoblin, medium humanoid [goblinoid] (half-human/half-hobgoblin) Kingdoms of Kalamar? • Vril, small humanoid [goblinoid] |
| Mojo_Rat07-30-07, 02:00 PM | There is the NIlbog also Incidentally which book is the Xvart in in the modern rules?. In our old 1st edtion D&D game every time we encountered them it was a TPK. Which is wierd as they are basically just different coloured goblins if i recall. Just odd bad luck that happened every time an obscure monster race came up and party over confidence i guess. |
| Wolf7207-30-07, 05:27 PM | xvart ... according to my online source it's in dragon 339. Nilbog!!! I forgot that one (palindrome right word? lol, the poor nilbogs) |
| Poison_Dusk07-30-07, 07:01 PM | Dekanter Goblin- Monsters of Faerun |
| Wolf7207-30-07, 09:32 PM | Dekanter Goblin- Monsters of Faerun basically the orogs of goblins: orc is to orog goblin is to Dekanter Goblin. I have that book, I should add that to my odd pc races doc |
