So yeah, does Powerful build stack with giant stacks effect, would a large greatsword deal damage like a huge great sword?

No.

For several reasons.

First, Giant's stance has a automatic cap of Large. It can never make your attacks count as Huge.

Second, even if you were a small character, Giant's Stance plus Powerful Build would not make your attacks count as Large.
This is because both abilities say "one size category greater than normal". "Normal" is always your base size, not your base size plus your other feats and abilities.

So if you were small, Giant's stance would increase you from small to medium, and then Powerful Build would increase you from small to medium a second time, not from medium to large.

I don't have ToB, but powerful build does stack with size increasing effects, like enlarge person.
Goliaths aren't large, they're medium cretures who can weild one size larger weapons.

Correct.

Enlarge person changes what your "normal size" is. An enlarged goliath has a "normal size" of large, and powerful build lets him use huge weapons.

A goliath in giant's stance still has a "normal size" of medium, so powerful build still only lets him use large weapons.

Actually, I need to revise my answer. On rechecking, it appears that powerful build lets you wield a one size larger weapon, then giant's stance would let you treat your weapon one size larger, so its based on the normal size of the weapon, not the normal size of you.

Okay. I was mistaken before about the small creature. A small creature with powerful build could wield a medium weapon, then Giant's Stance would treat the medium weapon as large.

You still can't get to huge though, because Giant's Stance has an absolute cap of size category large.

It effects the wielder not the weapon. Yes it stacks, if the actuall size itsnt bigger than medium.

It would stack, but only for a Small character with Powerful Build. A Medium character is already doing Large damage, so Giant Stance wouldn't help a Medium with Powerful Build.
