Greshikin:
The Greshikin race is an enigma. They have only been very recently been introduced to the diplomatic world due to the development of the Greshikin Turtle Boat. This raft has allowed the Greshikin to come into contact with the other islands of Agwarus lake. Very little is known about the Greshikin race and their presence is often reacted to in bewilderment.
- Personality: The Greshikin are an incredibly curious race. Greshikin are almost always optimistic and carry that happy-go-lucky attitude that can really brighten your day or get underneath your skin. Although adult Greshikin possess a full range of personality, there is always a childish feel in the way a Greshikin sulks or yells in their high pitched voices.
- Physical Descriptions: The average Greshikin stands at 4' 6 and weighs about 100lbs. They are thin and wiry creatures. Their skin is a light hue of green and never burns nor tans. Their eyes are always a shade of green. Greshikin keep their hair in incredibly eccentric and wild styles. Their hair is either light green, light brown, dirty blonde, or white. All Greshikin possess green skinned tails that are lightly covered with body hair, not fur. While their tails are very helpful in many situations high in the trees, they are too clumsy to be considered prehensile. In crowded areas Greshikin often grasp their tails so as to avoid clumsy mishaps, such as knocking things over or getting it stepped on.
- Relations: Greshikin are welcome amongst any and all races. Only the most mean spirited grouch would shirk the company of these little fellows. There are some occasions where the Greshkin’s sense of humor can be ill timed or just too much but they are few and far between.
- Alignment: Greshikin tend towards both Chaos and Good.
- Greshiken Lands: Greshikin are native to Mini Island, in Agwarus Lake. This small island is covered with enormous trees that reach up to 900ft in height and 50ft in diameter. The Greshikin have adapted to this environment over generations. Their simple huts made of dead branches and limbs, tied together with vines, and in some cases burrowed into the trunks of the trees. On the ground Kobolds reside, digging extensive tunnels through the complex root system.
- Religion: The Greshikin do not follow a racial deity. They are more likely to be druids than clerics, but Obad Hai does take a certain liking to the Greshikin and calls more than a handful to become clerics or favored souls.

Greshikin Traits:
- -2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, -2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma: Greshiken are weak and frail due to their small stature but remarkably agile. They possess keen senses and great personal magnitude but have a tendency to not learn from their mistakes.
- Small: As small creatures, Greshikin gain a +1 size bonus to Armor Class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Hide checks, but they must use smaller weapons than humans use, and their lifting and carrying limits are three quarters of those of Medium-size characters.
- Greshikin base speed is 20 feet.
- Low-light Vision: Greshikin can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight and similar conditions of poor illumination. They retain the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
- +2 racial bonus on Climb, Balance, and Tumble checks: The Greshikin’s possession of a tail allows them a heightened sense of perceptivity and coordination of their bodies.
- Greshikin make Jump checks as if their base speed is 10' faster. They can jump significantly farther than other beings their size.
- +2 morale bonus on saving throws against fear. Whether this bravery comes from a life lived 150' above the ground or because of a childlike innocence has not been determined.
- +1 racial attack rolls against kobolds: Greshikin and kobolds both claim the entirety of Mini Island and are thus in constant conflict.
- Favored Class: Scout. A multiclass Greshiken’s Scout class does not count when determining whether he suffers an XP penalty for multiclassing.

So on a sidenote, this is my first submittal to the Wizards forum. I've got two things I really want to know. What is the system or method for determining Level Adjustments for races? Is there a link to a list of abilities or is this just based off of raw DMing experience? The other thing is how do you do those drop down boxes I see so often is the class forum? Those are nifty! Otherwise have fun with this one.

The method I think most people use is YabatheWhat's Feature points. You can find the charts here (http://yabathewhat.tripod.com/FP.pdf), and the tutorial there (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=11338405#post11338405).

The boxes are called sblocks. You format them thusly (replacing { and } with [ and ], respectively).

{sblock=my new race}
all the pertinant info here
{/sblock}

Which turns out looking like this

all the pertinant info here

when you replace {} with [].

Hope that helps in the future.

As to your actual race, they look fine to me. Nicely fleshed-out, flavor speaking. Although I think 4' 6" is too tall to qualify as Small, but I could very well be mistaken on that.

Welcome to the Boards!
