09-13-07, 06:32 PM IIRC it's Dragon #313. You get a lot for the LA with the Half Minotaur. Way to much in fact.

DONT BE HALF ARSED, or half bulled. Man-up and go full minotuar.

09-13-07, 07:16 PM The half minotaur template is definitely broken. I'd suggest using the minotaurs of Krynn from DragonLance Campaign Setting or from Races of Ansalon as a half minotaur in campaigns that have the standard minotaur from Monster Manual. They're only medium sized and without LA or racial HD rather good.
