What book does the Half Ogre appear in? I can't find it in the MM 3.5, MM 2, or 3, and I'd like to make a Half Orge char, help?

Also, random, off topic (in my own thread, in the first post no less!) Any one here remember Quicklings? Have they ever been updated to 3.5?

The LA should be bumped up to +2 though.

There are three ways to make a half-ogre/human...

Use the LA+2 Half-ogre from races of destiny.
Use the LA+1 Half-ogre from the dragonlance campaign setting.
Apply the LA+1 half-ogre template (which you can find on crystalkeep) to a human.

They all have their strengths and weaknesses, I suppose.

Hee hee, I like Half Ogres.

They make good Monks.

If your DM isnt aware of the RoD version, tell him you got it from Savage Species.

Trying to trick your DM is never a good idea. The version from Races of Destiny is the latest, and thus the official one. It's also the only version that's 3.5.

Medium and small size creatures go up one size.

You get a +10' to your movement speed too I think.
