Has anyone made Pac-Man? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-27-07, 02:58 AM I really have no idea why I was thinking about this, but I was sitting here trying to figure out what sort of creature Pac-Man would be.

I was thinking that he would be some sort of Aberration.

The newer Pac-Man games have him with arms and legs, but I'm asking more along the lines of classic Pac-Man. I assume he would have some sort of ability to float - much in the way that Beholders do.

just brainstorming....

I'd be interested to see if anyone has a D&D version of Pac-Man.

I would just claim it god and run away.

I dont know about most stats but it only has like 1 hit point, and a ring of 9 lives with 3 charges left. (seeing as a single touch kill him and you get 3 deaths before game over)

I agree that he would be similar to a beholder. Perhaps he has some sort of special power to "eat" incorporal creatures?

Who seems to have Natural Cunning, similar to that of a minotaur. An insaitiable appetite for dots, occasionally fruit. When certain conditions are met, ghosts are added to the menu. Additionally, depending on the timeframe in which you use this creature, there may be a female companion involved.

Sure, why not.

Imagine that each blimp on that maze is a planet. :P

Well, actually, I'm pretty sure he can reproduce because they was also a Pac-Man Junior; in the Mrs. Pac-Man game, if you get far enough, one of the cut scenes shows a stork delivering a baby Pac-Man.

Since there are generally 4 of the power pellets on a board, perhaps he has an ability which is usable 4 times per day which allows him to consume ghosts and similar creatures. The odd catch would be that -whenever the ability is not in effect- attacks from ghosts do double damage.

That's perfect, along with the picture I might use that to peeve my players. A tiny to small, yellow aberration that eliminates orientation signs in dungeons and mazes, kindof like a trackless step-criter :D
