09-17-07, 12:35 PM they are from the Unapproachable East. yes they get a charisma bonus, they are elves, and they have those racial abilities.

Extraplanar should be in the Monster Manuel, and the Extraplanar Touch is a race-specific ability in the UE.

we cannot tell you what the Extraplanar Touch ability does, due to breaking of the CoC, sry.
