Help finding race that doesn't take falling damage. [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-18-08, 05:02 PM I'm trying to remember a specific monster/race that i came across a while ago.

It had some ability to be able to jump from any height and not receive any damage from the fall. (It didn't involve feather fall or any other spell.)

I thought about it while reading about Assassin's Creed.

Winged Dragon Born would also work the same way for the same reason.

I don't think they had wings.

I think they had the ability to basically jump of a mountain or cliff of any height. When they got to the bottom, they would land on their feet and start walking as though they were there all along.

I think they looked like humans, because in the description of the ability or the main description it said onlookers would be unsettled by the sight of someone jumping off of a mountain and then walking at the bottom as though nothing had just happened.

I wish I could remember where I found it.

Other than that, the only things I know of are winged...

. . . Wait, or do you mean something that isn't ECL +0 ?

02-24-08, 12:32 AM Opps, I forgot to mention the part that it could be any race/template/monster. It doesn't even have to be something that a PC could play.
