I know they have a +2 adj. so I will gain a level at 3rd level correct? Now do I get bonus feats and skill modifiers like everyone else when I hit the right level? And what about skill points?? |

It has some talk of effective character level, racial hit dice and level adjustments. Minotaur here has 6 racial hit dice and +2 level adjustment. So a minotaur player character would be comparable to a 8th level character. (Minotaur's effective character level is 8.) So a minotaur would fit well into a party of 8th level characters. Those 6 HD grant the minotaur 3 feats (HD 1, 3, and 6), but they do not grant ability score bonus at level 4 as it is already factored in to Minotaur's ability score modifiers (when minotaur character get's it 2nd class level at effective character level 10, he would gain an ability score boost because it's HD is then 8). Ability score modifiers and all racial abilities of a minotaur can be found from Monster Manual pg. 189. |

We started at 6 so he was a bit shy of taking a class level. I told his to increase his height and weight as he advanced. :D Teenage Minotaurs... Sheesh. |
