A Thrikeen has inherent +30 to jump. Assume no character levels and an average strength (12), 4 skill points in jump with an average jump roll of 10. That gives you about 45 in a totally average jump (likely a bit more with a few common bonuses and a running start. That means that you can vertically jump (1/4 your jump check in feet) just over 10 feet. Thats a 45' horizontal leap if you are trying.

Add something like class levels (rogue or monk) maybe even a prestige class (thief acrobat) and you have a super jumper.
