| Ebonblade_Reaper04-27-07, 01:11 PM | Hi again. Since I made a ghost NPC to protect my group and have more fun, it seemed, that he made the group more vulnerable:( In some situations, their fate simply depends on him. Sometimes he is too vulnerable, leaving the group facing enemies a little bit too strong for them, especially facing enemy clerics. I already tried to make weaker enemies and taking the ghost away for a while. But it seemes my players have more fun playing together with him. Now I want to improve the strength of the ghost. I already added the envolved template from libris mortis. Since he once has been a human, he is medium. So I want to ask, how do I make him large? Or is this impossible? Thanks in advance. |

Just make sure the modification doesn't make him outshine your PCs. They'll start getting bored really fast if the NPC makes their characters obsolete. As for vulnerability to clerics, take the feat Improved Turn Resistance. (Found in Ghostwalk according to this index (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats).) |
