How would having realy dense flesh effect AC and or DR ?

Our fellow is 5'7"inches tall and is flesh , blood and bone and looks a nonmonster humanoid .he doesnt have scales or plates etc .In fact the flesh would feel pretty normal human like .

He looks like he weighs in at 150lbs , in reality he weighs in at 320 lbs due to his flesh being so dense .

what would the base AC be without dex ?

What if any would be the DR ?

I would say.... normal AC, but a bit of DR. Depending on how tough you want this guy to be, and whether he's a PC race or not, DR/- somewhere between 1 and 5. Let him count as one size category larger for the purpose of unarmed damage.

IMO DR 5/slashing or piercing.

+1 natural armor should do.

I agree. I also liked the idea of counting as one size larger for unarmed damage.
