Here is the race I'm having problems with,
Animal Changeling
History
A normal humanoid at birth, they are stolen away by dragon and raised as best they can by the dragon. They are taught some of the most complex conjugating and transmuting spells know to the dragon. They always have beautiful singing voices, nimble fingers and quick eyes. They often live with the dragon in it's lair. Once the humanoid is fully grown the dragon gives them the option to leave. If the humanoid chooses to go, the dragon spends two months of intense training in combat, a which point they can pick armor and two weapons from the dragons stash.
General

* Animal Changelings are always the same alignment as the dragon who raised them.
* They are also VERY polite
* They share dragons' sense of humor that normal not a lot of people get
* ACs' are always sort of shy away from the over all populist, though are will to make friends
* ACs' first and sometimes only language is Draconic
* Low-Light Vision no matter what stock they are is always 20 ft.
* +2 on dex, ACs are very quick and have a perfect sense of balance, so they also get +5 on balance and tumble checks
* +2 on wis and int, living with a dragon rubs of on ACs, so the tend to be wiser and smarter
* -2 on str, they haven't had massive physical training, though after lvl 3 is reach this turns to only -1 and a lvl 6 it is no longer there, as long as they are not taking a sole wizarding role.
* +2 cha, the dragons only pick the prettiest ones
* ACs need no prep. for they spells they have been taught by the dragon because they are second nature to them, also each one of those spells only take up 1/2 of a lvl 0 spell slot
* +3 on all spot and preform checks many ACs are taught to sing in a very melodious voice, the few that can't play pipes masterfully, all have extremely good sight so not much can hide from them
* ACs' are not easily intimidated so get their lvl check plus 2 when being intimidated at.

Their favored class is wizard, druid or bard, however, if more then two of these is multi classed the -20% exp. rule will apply.
Their hair is always a light reddish brown, eyes are every color and their skin is tanned lightly.
Land speed is 20ft
They have a strong connection to dragon kind and will refuse to attack one, but instead (if the alignment is similar) talk to the dragon it fluent Draconic.

I think it might be too powerful and thus ruin the game. However, I should note that if they are not up to par with the dragons standers they are (if the dragon is good or neutrally aligned) sent away to live with another family or (if the dragon is evilly aligned) eaten.
I need some help to make them less powerful!

Looks like what you are actually after would be best achieved by a normal humanoid having an unusual background and taking a couple of levels in the sorceror or bard class.

Why are they called "Animal Changelings" by the way? Didn't see anything in there to explain that.

Hmmm. April Fool?
