Cursed Spirit - 3 HD + 5 LA (MHB)
Unbodied - 4 HD +4 LA (XPH)

Thank you, I'm hopefully procuring that book soon, so I'll look into it (its not a low-level character, its just a spellcaster who doesn't want to sacrifice too much casting capability).
