Umm probably a dumb question, but is it possible to make an intellegent construct, and if so can i make any construct i make be potensialy intellegent?

Take a look at the Maug.
There is also a feat that allows the builder to add increased intelligence to their constructs....but I will have to dig around a bit to remember where it's from.

found it: Rudementry intelligence (Dragon 327) basically allows you to add half your caster level to intelligence score, and allows the construct to gain skill pts and feats as appropriate for it's HD.

Also, for an option without Level Adjustment, check out the warforged of the Eberron campaign setting, though they aren't "proper" constructs.

P.120 of Savage Species; Incarnate Construct template. Turns a construct into flesh and bone, lowers the LA to play the construct.

Edit: Wait I'm dumb, this makes it not playing a construct anymore. Ok, same book, there is a spell Awaken Construct, Cleric and Sor/Wiz 9. Costs 5000 xp. p.63

If i take that feat to give my constructs intellegence would that make them able to take class levels? Yhat would be way cool.

Also if they gain an intellegence score, do they still serve my every command willingly or do they think about it and if they dont want to do it they just dont? Like if i send my construct against a dragon to slow it down so the rest of us escape, if he had an intelegence score would he think about it, wiegh the alternatives, and say no because he wants to live?

Put yourself in the constructs' shoes...if they wear shoes. Anyway, would you want a person ordering you to stall a dragon while he turns tail and run? I wouldn't. I would say that you would need to take the Leadership feat and the construct would be a cohort.

I 2nd the Awaken Construct spell, because if you didn't have any spellcaster lvs and your a construct you would only have 3 INT, with the spell I think you will get more....(don't have SS with me)

All intelligent items can be considered constructs.
