I was wondering if there was a (Yes I know this will be odd) Penguin/Man in esance a man with some characteristics of a penguin and a few of there advantages.

If not how would I go about making such a race.

If not my idea was at least for a huminoid that they are small.
Have a swiming bonus. Have webed feet, a beak, and penguin featheres for hair. Etc.???

Is it possibible to do such a thing.

P.S if there are other logic feathers please tell me if I can make one I would be excited to do so.

If you can find the rules for penguins, I'm sur eyou could use the Anthropomorphic Creature template from Savage Species

I've made one for my Mario D20 Rules (http://kobolds-keep.net/MD20Rules.pdf). Here's a basic D&D adaptation:

Penguinfolk are stubby flightless birds with flipperlike wings, and their thick coats range between green, blue, and purple in hue.
• Small Humanoid (Avian)
• 20' movement, penguinfolk can swim at a speed of 30' on a successful swim check.
• +2 Con, -2 Dex
• Cold resistance 5.
• Penguinfolk have a +8 racial bonus to Swim checks and can always take 10 on a Swim check, even when threatened or distracted.
• Ray of frost 3/day with caster level equal to ½ character level (to a minimum of 1 at first level).
• +2 racial bonus to Balance and Survival checks.
