No, there isn't.

Why would there be? This is D&D, not Star Trek. I'm sure there is a Star Trek RPG, and I'm sure they have Klingons as a player race there.

A klingon Vessel could have crashed on Abeir-Toril.
With Drow, mindflayers, adventurers, and Dragons around they would surely have tons of fun honing their warrior skills.

Here's my simple version ... water downed orc style

Klingon, medium humanoid

+2 str, +2 con, -2 wis, -2 cha

Favored Class: Fighter

hey george, I dont remeber who published it, but there is a d20 Star Trek! Its based on the old ones but it the sh*t. Guess what, it has a Klingon book with all the weapons.
