The only level adjustment removal system that I know of is from Unearthed Arcana and it doesn't go by that name.

02-17-08, 01:38 AM The Ritual of Unlearning is in Savage Species and is an expensive (gp and XP) magical ritual that allows a character to change his race by exchanging ECL for Class levels or vice-versa.

02-17-08, 09:50 PM The SRD/Unearthed Arcana LA removal system is nice for LA +1 races. It actually makes them viable. Playing a LA +2 is stretching it, and anything beyond is still prohibitively expensive.
