I didn't find any references in the book so unless listed in the FAQ I would say it is up to the DM.

MAdgryphon, Half-vampires are found in Libris Mortis and throughout different mythologies and the Blade phenomenon doesn't hurt.

Since there aren't any really rules on the matter I suggest using the base race for standard aging but applying an age catagory cap like they did for Killoren and Warforged.

my friend is playing one (Ftr) w/ Dungeoncrasher (Dungeonscape[Ex]) to horrific effect. that is, it's hard to stop a train.
we kinda' hip shot the aging and said, well, he's 1/2 "this" and half "that", so 1/2 again human max i guess. this opens up a can of worms about how fast they can mature and so forth.

related: how does detection work? i mean, in purely normative values, do they just pass as humans at first glance that are pale or what? do you need a good Spot coupled w/ KnowRelig to zero one w/in 30ft? we're always trying to figure this out.
the only way that is 100% that something is even askew is when he gets walloped but the DR keeps him relatively unscathed. that is, a dagger that would gut a normal man, does nothing, even delivered from a strong man.
that's largely obvious, but all the other traits are relatively discrete, save for that whole "drinking of blood" thing which is a character option he forfeieted prefering the Charm Gaze (Su) instead.
