What is the lifespan for an Aismar or a Tiefling?

There isn't anything by RAW. Unfortunately that's true for 80-90% of all playable monsters.

It's listed on pg 31-32 of the Player's Guide to Fearun (PGtoF).
It gives all vital statistics for most of the races for PC's.

Enjoy.

It's also listed in the table on page 110 of Races of Destiny, with the same age values as in the Player's Guide to Fearūn.

Anyone know where I can find half-dragon and half-fiend life expectancy?

Since it doesn't say anything about it in any books i have, i would assume they live just as long as the base race. However, i am pretty sure that half-dragons live a little longer than normal.

If Half-fiends become Outsiders, they might become immortal. It seems like alot of the cannon half-fiends have been around a long time. As for dragons, I think they live longer, but probably not by too much more than the base race.

According to the Planar Handbook, Tieflings and Assimar have an absolute maximum age of 150 years.(If they manage to roll the highest for their maximum age) I can't really say anymore than that, though.

Half-fiends are immortal, I'm quite certain...as are half-celestials.

Half-dragons vary in lifespan, depending on the lineage of their non-dragon parent. Humans that are half-dragon probably life for several (the norm I'm guessing being around 500-600 years old) centuries, but an elf that's half-dragon could probably live for 1,000 years or so.
