Lloth Touched Template [Archive] - Wizards Community

It is an acquired template. Couldn't there just as easily be a Pelor Touched, Mystra Touched, or <Random Diety> Touched template? Wouldn't necessarily have to give the same set of bonuses. Seems that some of the other gods would probably have done the same thing. Especially other racial gods for their races, or in places where a non-racial diety has a very strong base of worship.

07-14-07, 02:19 AM It would not be a stretch to say any active God/Goddess has there equivalent. You would need to decide what they get, using the template and possibly divine ranks of the deity in question.

Why should it only be Lolth that touches mortals?
But as you say it should be other stats.

07-15-07, 03:18 AM I had a thread that was much like this, people generally agree that the template is only usable for drow, it makes their large lvl adj not as bad, any other race with those kinda boosts would be WAY to over-powered... alot of people said they would have a hard time allowing this template in their games... but if you guys wanted a list of MY god touched templates then here you go

Nerull-touched: +6 CON +6 WIS, +4 Intimidate, +4 Bluff, Immune to Level Loss.

Vecna/Boccob-Touched: +6 INT +6 CHA, +4 any two Knowledge, Immune to Level Loss

Corellion-Touched: +6 DEX, +6 CON, +4 Move Silent,+6 Diplomacy, +2 to Attack Bonus and Damage to Orcs

Gruumsh-Touched: +6 STR, +6 WIS, +4 Survival, +4 Sense Motive, Immunity to compulsion effects.

Elhonna/Obad-Hai-Touched: +6 DEX +6 WIS, +4 Knowledge(Nature) +4 Knowledge(Geography), Gain Track as a bonus feat

St. Cuthbert/Heironeous-Touched: +6 STR, +6 CON, +4 Intimidate, +4 Sense Motive, Immune to Fear effects

Erythnul/Hexor-touched: +6 STR, +6 CHA, +4 Intimidate, +4 Bluff, Immune to fear effects

Bahamut/Tiamat-Touched: +6 CON, +6 CHA, Gain immunity to one energy type(chosen at level of template gained) and Immune to fear effects.

Yondalla-Touched: +6 DEX, +6 WIS, Halflings gain an additional +1 to all saving throws and gain an extra 10' to their movement speed.

Kord-Touched: +6 STR, +6 CON, +4 to any two STR based skills(chosen at level of template gained), May take ten on any three STR based skill check's per day.

Garl Glittergold-Touched: +6 CON, +6 WIS, +4 Appraise, +4 Craft(any), Gnomes gain a once per day re-roll on any failed dice roll.

Wee Jas-Touched: +6 INT, +6 WIS, +4 Concentration, +4 Spellcraft, Immune to level loss.

Moradin-Touched: +6 STR, +6 CON, +4 Craft on anything stone or metal, +4 Search, Immune to fear.

Fharlanghn-Touched: +6 INT, +6 WIS, +4 Knowledge(Geography, +4 Knowledge(Local), Gain Freedom of Movement as a spell-like ability usable 3/day, caster level equal to class levels.

Olidammara-Touched: +6 DEX, +6 INT, +4 Escape Artist, +4 Disguise, gain Ventriloquism as a spell-like ability at will, caster level equal to 1/2 class levels(at least 1)

Pelor-Touched: +6 WIS, +6 CHA, +4 Heal, +4 Knowledge(Religion), Immune to level loss.

Well at least for me, and the people I play with. It is only going to come up in one of two situations. NPCs that we run across in normal game play, or in our little throw away games where we powergame our evil little hearts out.

I do appreciate the list though. I think that is going to get saved, printed, and stuck into my monster manual.
