Looking for a good template to.. [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-17-07, 11:55 AM Is there any good template that increases Cha and Int (and possibly Str)?

Which template gives most increase per LA? (LA is no problem, I just want to get a good bargain). (Maybe Half Pyroclastic-Dragon?, or half troll, or half mindflayer, or half fey, or vampire (to become a master vampire)?)

I was thinking of Playing an half-orc, or Orc, Marshal (Will become Orc Warlord, then maybe Legendary leader). (If gestalt, then either Fighter or Bard or psion gestalt. Which is better?).

08-17-07, 12:33 PM Hmm... There is the draconic template. It doesn't have a bonus to intelligence, but you get bonuses to strength, constitution, and charisma plus some other goodies for only LA+1. It's one of my favorite templates.

08-17-07, 01:04 PM The Phrenic Template gives +2 INT, +2 WIS & +4 CHA, plus many Power-like abilities and Power Resistance (equivalent to Spell Resistance).

might hurt bad, i personally think dragonic is about the best template in game ;p

i dont do more than LA +1

i love my dragonic kobold, although an old dragonwrought kobold beats it out any way: (arctic kobold: -2 str, +2 dex, -2 con, -2 wis)
(old dragon wrought kobold: +2 int, +2 wis, +2 cha)

+0 str
+2 dex
+0 con
+2 int
+0 wis
+2 cha
and guess what no LA
its a 1st lvl feat
since u seem caster oriented take the -2 melee flaw at lvl 1 for an extra feat.
your golden (also immune to sleep and paral)
