Looking for Abyssal related race: [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-01-07, 04:45 AM I'm looking for a abyssal or infernal related race for a warrior.
Something that costs in max 2 lvls, and give something useful. If any can give some str and con, it would be amazing.

Any idea?

04-01-07, 06:57 AM There's Hellbred from Fiendish Codex II, although they're often not Evil. Bladelings and Spikers are from Acheron, which is next to Baator on the Outer Planes, and IIRC they make pretty good fighting characters. One is in Fiend Folio and the other either Manual of the Planes or Planar Handbook.

04-01-07, 07:07 AM The bladeling is so so. Not that good, cost 1 lvl cause of the 5/magic that is useless by lvl 16.

The Spiker i could not find anywhere. (tryed the consolidated lists, to no avail)

04-01-07, 07:16 AM Hm, how about draconic tiefling? (Tiefling: +2 int and dex, -2 cha, LA +1; Draconic: +2 str/con/cha, minor bonuses, LA+1, found in the Draconomicon.). You might want to use the lesser tiefling form the Player's Guide to Faerun. The race will probably be founded by Tiamat - she's always in need of more minions to serve her true chosen.
