| Finfreeze02-28-07, 07:54 PM | If you're a giant eagle or owl, you can reach huge size by ECL 11 if you take racial hit dice. At 9 HD they become huge, but they have a LA of +2. It's a bit of a wait, but +8 strength, +4 constitution, bigger weapons, and +3 natural armor seems like it's worth it at first glance. They can potentially become colossal-sized with Expansion, by the way. |
