Some creatures (those with an inherited template) are born with this subtype; others acquire it when they take on an acquired template. The augmented subtype is always paired with the creature’s original type. A creature with the augmented subtype usually has the traits of its current type, but the features of its original type. How would a Medium Humanoid (Human, Augmented) race be done? For all intents and purposes they are still human just different... like a mutant or a freak. They are not native outsiders, they are humans that are weird. They are not monstrous because they look like normal humans in every way. You could think up templates for them or just a new breed of human race, one shots even. Is it statistically possible? Would it work? Give me some examples... I wanted to make a Human with: Flight: maneuverability good, if Dex is 17+ perfect (Ex) DR 10/- (Ex) FH 10 (Ex) They would still get their bonus skill points and bonus feat at first level. What do you all think?
Maraxus 05-01-07, 03:34 PM	That's extreamly ugly to judge and you will most likely get characters that have extream advantages in some situations and overwhelming uselessness in others. Those abilities definitly warrant a Level adjustment of +5, but a "whatever" with 5 levels less will unlikely be of any help to the party
