| Hellsbells07-05-07, 09:45 PM | tried the minotuar monster class? it explains how to use monster classes and what do u know minotuar just happens to be the example. I wonder if theirs a young creature template? my idea is the young creature template's only purpose is to lower the creatures CR/LA so that you can play a minotuar with no level adjustment, plus it gives the DM stats for (for example) the baby griffons those adults r defending. |
| Ace_of_time07-06-07, 01:00 PM | If your DM allow it SS has monster classes as has been posted by other. You could go two ways. One if any monster has a advancement in the entry like 4hd- 7hd. They can take class levels any time. Or you can use the starting stats in SS monster classes and then just gain class levels and not monster class levels. All starting Stats for this is 0LA. The DM would still have to approve them. |
