Is there a template to make a character half monkey?

You see i've been wanting to make a human-monkey hybrid who was a rogue and i was wondering if there was just a template i could add for this.

If not what stat adjustments do you think would be resonable for such a character? If there is no template for this i would like to make a rcae of hybrids myself, so any ideas would be welcome.

There is the Vanara race form OA, and the Anthropomorphic template from SS that you can slap on a monkey.

Goblin, Forestkith (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mmiii_gallery/82990.jpg) (MMIII), is an excellent choice. It's basically a monkeyman (it has an excellent climbing ability and it goes into frenzy, jumping about chaotically and sreaming loudly before attacking).

EDIT: I found a weremonkey template from HERE (http://boards1.wizards.com/wotc_archive/index.php/t-121985)

WEREMONKEY
Lycanthrope Template [Shapechanger]. Animal Form: Monkey. Animal/Hybrid Ability Modifiers: Dexterity +4, Constitution +2, [Wisdom +2]. Preferred Alignment: Chaotic Good. Special Qualities: As a typical lycanthrope, except as follows: Feats: Weremonkeys gain Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat, in addition to the Iron Will feat all lycanthrope gain. Skills: In any form, a weremonkey has a +8 racial bonus on Balance and Climb checks, can always choose to take 10 on Climb checks even if rushed or threatened, and can use its Dexterity modifier instead of their Strength modifier for Climb checks.

There is another similar race of ape-like humanoids in Spelljammer.

An awakened monkey would work to.
They are one of the few that can handle weapons.

Just to say, the hadozee are an ape race, but they might interest you.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Alot of them seem like i could use them for my idea. I'm still not sure which one to use though. I wish i could look at the SS and stormwrsck books but unfortunately our group doesn't have them.

Thanks again and im still open to any other suggestions. I'm stil considering making my own race so any help there would be much apreciated, as i've never made my a race before.

Jesus, at first glance I thought it said "goblin, foreskin".
