| neoiceballs09-13-07, 10:53 AM | First and foremost, I have been given the opportunity to play a half-fiend orc in a campaign and I need help finding an appropriate fiend template. I am a huge Warcraft fan and ever since Warcraft 3 I have always wanted to play an orc based off of Grom Hellscream. I need help coming up with a way to create Grom Hellscream and use the demon blood in his veins as a story plot for our DM. Obviously I want Grom to be chaotic good but I believe that with the demon blood taint he can't be good. With that in mind will make him chaotic neutral with a slight leaning towards good. Any info anyone can give me as to a place I can find a fiend template, please let me know. Thanks in advance. Jake |

Fiend templete - MM1 page 108 Half-fiend templete - MM1 page 148 Planetouched tiefling - MM1 page 210 Fey'ri - Races of Faerun page 118 Bloodline demon or devil - UA page 21 These are the ones I know there might be more in other books that I don't own. |

In D&D, a typical demon Damage Reduction is bypassed by Good. Though Grom was able to use his demon blood to kill Cenarius (a Chaotic Good god) and Mannoroth (a Chaotic Evil demon). So you could discuss with your DM to give Outsiders some Damage Reduction/Divine; Grom Hellscream, with his tainted blood, would qualify to bypass this DR (just as Ildarion in Demon form). |
