Open Game License Any material that is OGL, like any DnD material included in the SRD (system reference document) can be posted and used by anyone pretty freely. Anything that isn't OGL is copyrighted and can't be reproduced here or anywhere without permission from the good ole Wizards of the Coast.

Weedle out the actual game stats, not low-light vision. Secondly, unless you are risking your life on it, you can just use a normal Dwarf.
