Silvercrys 11-09-07, 09:39 AM	Generally, outsiders even with the (native) subtype are LA +1, just because they get so many good racial features due to type. Including free proficiency with all simple and martial weapons. Combined with the Int to AC and free Uncanny Dodge, not to mention the skill bonuses and unbalanced ability scores, I'd peg this at LA +2 at least. Probably more like +3. We'll see what others think though, as I don't have much experience with LAs. Look at the Aasimar from the Monster Manuel. They're LA +1 Outsiders (native) and the neko musume are far more powerful than they are. There's a quick test that will usually show whether a race is balanced or not. Look at this race as a level 3 rogue, and then look at a level 3 halfling or human rogue. If you would clearly rather play the neko musume over the halfling or human, the races' LA isn't high enough.
YamiShinobi 11-09-07, 06:34 PM	is neki musume an meduim or small creature? medium the stats arn't as high as a catfolk who is la+1, however, catfolk tieflings, aasimaars and other planetouched gain outsider traits, and are la+1, the skill bonuses are just a little more than an elf, some la+1 races have natural armor, which is on par with Int to Ac, uncanny dodge, cats are nimble and quiite capable of evasion, and make up for the catfolks high modifiers maybe High end +1 low end +2, closer to the equivealent to a high end +1 from races that i have head of or read about.
