Crousefer 10-16-07, 04:56 AM	Iv been trying to find the template for netherese PC i believe it was a +1 LA but i honestly don't remember. And if it falls under 3.5 rules if possible. i was thinking it might be a fun class to play as either a shadow Caster or maby a Psionic. Id also like to see what other people think about this race if they have played it before and such.
Naderion 10-16-07, 06:06 AM	Normal Netherese were simply regular humans. The people of the city shade lived in the plane of shadow for centuries and many of their most powerful and long-living arcanists became sort of half-shadow humans. the template is called Shade, it's in races of Faerūn.
Magocrat 10-16-07, 06:29 AM	What you're thinking about, may be the karsite. It's in the Tome of Magic, in the Binding Magic chapter. The race is the descendant of Karsus, who was the most powerful archmage of Netheril, before he attempted to steal the divinity of Mystryl. It's a long, interesting story, and I'm sure it can be found somewhere if you look for it. I hope that helps.
